你以为别人一直在看你、在评判你，所以你小心翼翼、不敢放开手脚。但其实——没人真正在乎你怎么做。你本可以随心所欲地去追求、去冒险、去表达，但你自己给自己设了枷锁。
很多人到老了才发现自己一直在活给“别人”看，错过了太多想做的事。只是到那时才恍然大悟已经太迟，生命无法重来。
你在意的那个“别人”，甚至可能都不存在，它只是住在你的大脑里指手划脚。权威、规则、社会眼光、甚至看上去理所当然的“规则”——都不一定值得或者需要服从。
别怕出格，别怕犯错，别怕被议论，你不仅是你生活剧本的主角，你更是编剧。
别被幻觉束缚。没人盯着你，你早就可以走你自己的路。
